Muhammad Basheer Juma is a highly experienced Family Business Advisor, Self-Management Expert, Author, and Speaker with over 40 years in the professional services industry. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), he built a distinguished career at PwC, Andersen, and Ernst & Young, notably serving as Country Managing Partner for EY Afghanistan from 2009 to 2017. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing offices in Kabul, Islamabad, and Lahore, and founded the Islamic Financial Services and Training departments at EY Pakistan.
His international development experience includes leading significant assignments for USAID, UNDP, and DFID in Afghanistan.
