Being Chartered Accountant, I learned that globally more than 60 percent businesses are owned, run, and managed by the families. There is a need of a document to control, regulate and bind the family business owners to keep them integrated and that document is Family Constitution.
During my professional career and social work and community related activities , I had the opportunity to deal with matters relating to families and their associated businesses. I was normally engaged in the matters of reconciliation and integration and that experience has given me support to further study in this field.
I have collected numerous books and articles on the Families in Business and Family Businesses and wanted to contribute to the Society through the social media. I am doing this by uploading videos.
I have worked on it and now this document the “Family Business Constitution Templates” is ready for the business community to strengthen and integrate their families and businesses. A fair reading of these templates will help draft their own family constitution.
